Events & Activities Manager The Players Club and Spa Naples, FL 34113 Join the leading club in Southwest Florida! The Players Club & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and creative Events & Activities Manager to lead the planning and execution of club-wide events, seasonal programs, offsite excursions, and special activities for our members.
Job Summary:
The Events & Activities Manager is responsible for creating and executing engaging experiences for members of all ages. This role involves developing event concepts, coordinating logistics, booking entertainment, managing budgets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful events. Responsibilities also include organizing day trips, farmers markets, art and wellness programs, and holiday activities for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all member events and activities Develop creative themes and seasonal programming Book entertainment, vendors, and venues as needed Coordinate offsite activities and trips Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Communications teams Manage event budgets and ensure high-quality execution Provide excellent member service and communication
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in event planning or hospitality Strong organizational and multitasking skills A passion for creativity and member engagement Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
