If you enjoy staying active and working with kids, our Party Planner and Special Events Coordinator position might be the perfect fit for you! Twist Naples is the premiere Gymnastics and Ninja Academy in Naples and we host special events (birthdays, graduation parties, parents nights out, etc.) for our Youth Members and their Families during our non-scheduled class times. We welcome individuals with backgrounds in gymnastics, martial arts, ninja, or other sports—or even those with no experience at all! As a Party Planner and Special Events Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with our entire team to create fun, active and bespoke parties for families and kids.

Responsibilities Plan and coordinate Special Events in partnership with Youth Members and their Families. Work with the team to provide a preschool/recreational atmosphere that aligns with Twists’s mission and goals. Monitor and evaluate participant engagement and progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement. Provide creative input on party design to keep event themes and activities fresh, exciting and engaging for participants. Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive training program. Maintain a clean, safe working environment. Perform periodic equipment safety checks. Present a positive professional attitude that reflects the mission and goals of Twist Naples. Other duties as assigned by Program Director. Skills & Qualifications Must be 16 years or older Have reliable transportation to and from work Pass a background check Ready to have fun!
