We think your accomplishments are much more important than your resume and we will read them first. Responsibilities Ensuring storage/ warehouse cleanliness, upkeep, organization and sanitation. Ensuring all china, cutlery and glassware are properly polished prior to pulling for the event. Receiving all deliveries and putting them away in their designated place. Completing and sharing weekly paper and bar inventories with the Operations Director. Managing daily event packing, as well as the organize returns, for multiple events and catering initiatives. Ensuring all event equipment is stored properly and with care, training and helping to hold staff accountable for the proper storage, transport and care of event equipment. Inspecting event equipment prior to loading to ensure proper working order, and communicating with the team if anything needs to be fixed. Packing, loading, transporting, setting up, breaking down and unloading event equipment for BOH and FOH teams. Assisting in the building of bars for events as well as the organized returns in a timely manner. Taking drop off events, as needed. Transporting any rental items or special orders as needed. Ensuring routine cleaning of warehouse, carts, bins and equipment. Working events as needed per event calendar. Operating a fleet of various sized vehicles (i.e. vans, sprinter vans, box trucks). Interacting professionally with clients, team members, and suppliers. Ensuring workplace safety, OSHA & food safety compliance. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
