The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Booking Coordinator to manage venue sourcing, scheduling, and logistics for large church and event spaces nationwide. This role supports our Events Team by optimizing site visit schedules and ensuring seamless venue coordination.

Responsibilities:

Research and maintain a database of large venues Build and sustain relationships with venue contacts Negotiate terms and rates Draft and manage venue contracts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure venue needs are met Communicate production needs to venues and our production company Manage booking calendars and event timelines Coordinate with venues to avoid conflicts and optimize use Schedule site visits and team meetings Occasionally travel to

events to support onsite operations Assist with venue rental budgeting Ensure cost-effective agreements and financial compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, or related field preferred 2+ years in event management, venue coordination, or sales Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting schedules
