The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertaining children and families, creating fun and imaginative balloon sculptures, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires an outgoing personality, the ability to engage with guests of all ages, and a knack for working in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Create a variety of balloon sculptures for children and event attendees, ensuring high-quality designs and quick turnaround times. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, promoting a positive atmosphere at events. Manage balloon supplies, ensuring that all materials are stocked and organized. Collaborate with event coordinators to understand specific themes or requests for balloon designs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from guests. Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the event. Qualifications Previous experience in events management or guest services is preferred. Experience working with children in settings such as hospitality, theater, or food service is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
