Job Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our production and event team. From set-up to breakdown, you’ll help ensure our events and on-site shoots run smoothly, while gaining hands-on experience in the world of creative production and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in event planning and on-site coordination Support logistics including set-up, materials, equipment, and crew needs Communicate with vendors, talent, and team members before and during events Help with packing, organizing, and transporting event supplies Provide general on-site support to ensure event flow Maintain a professional and positive presence on location

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to lift/move equipment or supplies as needed A team player with a proactive mindset
