Full-time We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the events industry and eager to kickstart their careers. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of events such as conferences, seminars, and social gatherings. Help create and manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure services like catering, audio-visual equipment, and decorations. Manage guest lists and handle RSVP communications with attendees before and after events. Support on-site event execution by assisting with setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from attendees and team members for future improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and guests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
