In this role, you will represent the brand, create standout customer experiences, and ensure that every event runs smoothly—from planning to breakdown. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to support our local activations and brand presence in Miami. at local events, festivals, pop-ups, activations, and brand partnerships across Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event. Lead all on-site logistics including booth setup, team coordination, inventory handling, and post-event breakdown. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards in service, product presentation, and engagement. Educate guests and partners about the

brand and the benefits of açaí, reinforcing our mission and values. Communicate real-time updates and needs to the HQ team, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution. Manage event inventory and supplies, keeping everything organized, stocked, and event-ready. Capture and share content to support brand visibility on social media and marketing channels. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Submit post-event reports, including insights, feedback, and suggestions for improvement. Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available for this position) Availability on weekends, early mornings, and occasional evenings, depending on event schedules. Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods. Proven experience in event planning or management, preferably within the food industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and vendors. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Knowledge of fundraising strategies is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfort working independently while also leading and motivating small teams during events. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written — bilingual is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for capturing content is a plus Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
