Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Event Staff •ASAP•. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including arranging furniture, staging, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients during events. Help manage registration and check-in processes for attendees. Support catering staff in serving food and drinks while maintaining cleanliness. Monitor event activities to ensure they run smoothly and address any issues that arise promptly. Follow all safety and health guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in event staffing is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical ability to lift and carry items, as well as stand for long periods during events.
