This role is essential in providing exceptional service during various events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. The ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality, making them a perfect fit for our dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including seating arrangements and decorations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns during events. Manage cash handling processes effectively, including ticket sales and concessions. Support food service operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with the events management team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly. Engage with guests through public speaking when necessary, providing information about the event or venue. Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies. Assist with children’s activities when applicable, ensuring a safe and fun environment for younger attendees. Skills Experience working with children is highly desirable. Strong cash handling skills to manage transactions accurately. Background in theater or performing arts is a plus. Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with events management processes and best practices. Experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred. Public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests and attendees. Lifeguard certification is a bonus for events involving water activities.
