May 8 – August 3, 2025 We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Freelance Event Planner to collaborate with us on a commission-only basis. This is a unique opportunity for someone who excels at organizing events, enjoys working independently, and is motivated by results. You’ll be responsible for managing events from start to finish—bringing client visions to life while earning income based on the success of each project. Whether you’re experienced or building your portfolio, this flexible role offers unlimited growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and secure corporate clients interested in hosting private events at the exhibition (no schools or nonprofit organizations). Represent the exhibit with professionalism and enthusiasm in your network and community. Present the venue and experience using a tiered pricing model and professional brochure/materials. Act as the liaison between the client and our production team to ensure smooth coordination of each event. Utilize your corporate network to bring in new business and manage client relationships from inquiry through execution.

Qualifications:

A seasoned event planner, event producer, or corporate event consultant with a background in luxury, cultural, or experiential activations. Has an active network of corporate contacts and understands B2B entertainment and hospitality expectations. Can confidently sell premium experiences and understands how to speak to executive-level clients. Has experience using tiered pricing structures and event packages to close business. Has access to or experience with designing and presenting branded sales materials, decks, or brochures. Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position. You’ll earn a competitive commission for each confirmed booking you bring in. High-performers may receive bonus incentives or future collaboration opportunities.
