Lifestyle Director/EventPlanner – Luxury Residential Building[Please ensure your resume isup to date with current contact information and submit anapplication with your resume. The roleinvolves overseeing operations of the spa, pool, fitness center,and clubhouse. Requires 40 hours per week with some scheduleflexibility and previous experience in clubhouse or propertymanagement.

A typical dayfor our Lifestyle Directors—As an NFC Amenity Lifestyle Director,you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, creatingmemorable lifestyle experiences for residents and guests. Your main goal is to ensureresidents and guests receive exceptional experiences from arrivalto departure.

Additional responsibilities include: Organizing and managing monthly events, from intimategatherings to large-scale events. Coordinating with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensurehigh-quality service and products. Communicating effectively with team members, management, andguests to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining high service standards to ensure exceptionalcustomer experiences. Recruiting, training, and supervising staff. Managing budgets, including tracking revenue and expenses. Ensuring facilities are clean, tidy, and presentable. Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and overseeingmaintenance. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborating with marketing to design promotions, newsletters,and events calendar. Staying updated on industry trends. Monitoring service quality and making adjustments asneeded. Responding promptly to calls and emails with information aboutservices and programs. Addressing guest concerns professionally and courteously. Maintaining a professional appearance in uniform. Interacting positively with guests and residents.
