Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our Miami office. This individual will play a critical role in supporting and executing both large and small events, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier service delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales staff to facilitate clear communication between office and warehouse teams. Manage logistics and support for trade shows and expositions. Maintain up-to-date records including show formats, floor plans, and pull lists. Coordinate with venues to schedule and confirm load-in/load-out times. Assist in all event phases including floorplan design, freight logistics, and onsite execution. Supervise installation and dismantling of trade shows throughout the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Southern Florida areas. Work collaboratively with Vista South team members, local union workers, and venue staff to ensure event success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Ability to follow instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Basic proficiency in:

Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Adobe Acrobat Reliable transportation is required due to varied work locations and hours.

Work Schedule & Travel:

Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to prepare for and support events. Some travel required; travel expenses are fully covered.
