Publisher Coordinator (Affiliate) RemotePerformanceFull time Miami, Florida, United States Description The Publisher Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of affiliate marketing campaigns and helping to drive performance across our publisher network. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution, communication, and follow-through across internal teams and affiliate partners. The coordinator will assist in the prospecting and onboarding of new partners, support ongoing campaign management, and contribute to strategic planning efforts for publisher growth. This individual will work closely with Publisher Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure the timely delivery of creative and campaign materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive -with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and have a basic understanding of affiliate marketing principles. What You’ll Do Must have the ability to operate independently to plan, schedule, and problem-solve
Support new business development, including prospecting and media planning
Monitor trends, reports, and incidents to improve Affiliate service levels
Basic understanding of campaign analysis, reporting ROI results, devising strategies to grow relationship and registration volume
Monitoring results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
Oversee all aspects of Affiliate Marketing content and design requests
Assist Publisher Managers with day-to-day tasks
Assist with marketing assets delivery and marketing audits
Liaise with relevant internal and external partners
Working with metrics and data presented in a variety of reporting tools
Identifying areas of improvement (creative, promotions, social media content, etc.)
Requirements
2 years of media planning/buying or affiliate marketing experience
Comfortable working with data and numbers – proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
Communicates effectively through written and verbal methods
Positive attitude, exceptionally organized
Highly competitive, proactive, efficient, and goal-oriented

Salary Range:

$50,000 to $55,000. + Bonus – The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
