) Little Princess Spa is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. This unique role involves providing a magical experience for children through spa services in a fun and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, creativity in delivering services, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. As well as being able to drive our van responsibly and safely drive from point A to B. As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee:
- driving van from point A to B
- party operations
- manage staff
- ensure high standards of customer service are met.
Your duties will include:
Provide spa services such as mini mani , mini pedi , and facials tailored for children, do little girls hair, crafting, entertainment, Create a welcoming and enchanting atmosphere for young clients and their families. Engage with children in a playful manner while ensuring their comfort and safety during treatments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including tools and equipment. Assist in planning and executing themed spa parties and events. Communicate effectively with parents about services provided and any special requests. Stay updated on the latest trends in children’s spa services to enhance the guest experience. Providing excellent customer service Leading and organizing a party analyzing party events to ensure smooth execution maintaining company policies and procedures checkout processes driving sales performance You’ll also be responsible for:
