Role:

This position involves helping the team to set up and break down various events. Most of our work will be done Thursday-Sunday. The owner or coordinator will work with you directly to create an employee schedule with more detail on an as needed basis. Locations are typically in Walton County. Most of this position involves carrying/lifting chairs or tables and setting up various event equipment such as lighting or tents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up event spaces and decorations
• Greet and direct guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Provide excellent customer service to all event attendees
• Assist with event coordination and logistics
• Manage crowd control and ensure guest safety
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly during events
• Collaborate with the event management team to ensure the success of each event

Requirements:

• Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively and calmly
• Exceptional customer service abilities to provide a positive experience for guests
• Previous experience in events management, tent installation, hospitality, or related fields is a huge plus
• Knowledge of resort operations, food service, and guest services is advantageous Applicants must be able to drive.
