Summary As an Event Coordinator at Tri-County Animal Rescue, you will play a vital role in organizing events that promote our mission and raise awareness for animal welfare. This position is essential for enhancing community engagement and generating support for our shelter’s initiatives. Responsibilities Plan and execute fundraising events, adoption drives, and community outreach programs. Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to enhance event participation. Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and guest services. Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to attract attendees. Provide excellent customer service to event participants and stakeholders. Evaluate event success through feedback and metrics to improve future initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a nonprofit setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
