We are seeking reliable and energetic Event Set-Up Crew Members to join our team and help bring our events to life!

Position Overview:

As an Event Set-Up Crew Member, you will be responsible for setting up, breaking down, and assisting in the smooth execution of event spaces. You’ll work closely with the Event Managers and team members to ensure every detail is perfectly arranged, safe, and ready to impress.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and set up event equipment Assemble Coffee (Espresso Machine) bar Follow detailed floorplans and setup instructions Ensure safety standards are met at all times Perform breakdown, pack-up, and site clean-up after events Handle equipment and materials with care to prevent damage Communicate effectively with team leads and event managers

Qualifications:

Prior experience in event setup, warehouse, or general labor is a plus, but not required The ability to travel up to 75% of the time in the US Ability to lift and move up to 65 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Punctual, reliable, and a positive team player
