Asistente Administrativo I :

You’ll be: Responsible for a specific departmental process/system which entails following standard work guidelines while performing specific job-related tasks (e.g., creation of work orders, scheduling, and customer service) Will follow company policy and procedures to ensure quality metrics are met, comply with specific deadlines, and follow through with all assignments Provide confidential and administrative support to executive schedules/calendars Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel as requested Meeting logistics for Marketing, POC IT, Training, Finance and Service Teams Provide logistics for event planning, both small and large groups, both on-site and off-site related to needs of direct reports and their staff Provide Card expense reconciliation for VP, Marketing Active partner with Sales in the planning, setups, and running of the annual National Meeting Assist in arrangements of National Shows (AACC, AARC, etc) Assist with Regional Show banner orders and literature requests Literature stocking and ordering Shipping requests / includes back-office requests as needed Check requests / Purchase Orders Setup and coordinate hotel arrangements, meeting rooms, and F/B for different

General Support User Testing:

Responsible for meeting coordination and logistics Vendor screening (forms/approvals) Liaison to Facilities Gift/flower orders for life events Engagement Committee team member This job might be an outstanding fit if you: High School, equivalent or degree in related field preferred Proficient with Microsoft applications and various software packages including but not limited to Excel and Outlook Excellent problem solving and analytic skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Strong attention to detail Communicates in a timely, proactive manner Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines and a team player Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports Ability to precisely follow instructions Aptitude for learning new programs and processes Knowledge of Salesforce software and administrative experience is a plus What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
