WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Event Coordinator, you’re the master of birthday flow and guest experience. You’ll be the central point for all parties—ensuring smooth check-ins, communicating with Party Hosts and management, handling issues on the fly, and keeping the energy high. You’ll also assist with host training, keep party materials organized, and jump in wherever needed to make each event amazing.
Key responsibilities include:
Organize and execute all birthday parties and group events with professionalism and fun. Assist guests with waiver completion and ensure all parties are checked in properly. Ensure party rooms are prepped, clean, and fully stocked. Verify all parties have paid in full and submitted feedback before leaving. Enforce strict party timing schedules to keep events running smoothly. Communicate with management and staff via radio for support and updates. Support Party Hosts by providing guidance, stepping in to help serve food, run drinks from Krave, reset tables, or interact with guests. Receive and organize party invoices, host schedules, and comment cards. Assist with the training and onboarding of new party hosts. Help monitor supply levels and report shortages to management. Act as a floor liaison between guests, hosts, and supervisors during event hours. Ensure all thank-you notes are written and party gifts go home with the guest of honor. Help break hosts and keep the event flow seamless throughout busy periods.
WHAT IT TAKES
Must be at least 18 years old. Outgoing, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced environment. Able to stay calm, confident, and organized under pressure. Previous experience in events, hospitality, food service, or party hosting is preferred. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be available to work weekends Passion for people, fun, and making every guest feel celebrated.
