We are looking to expand our team of Event Managers to contribute to the planning and execution of small to mid-size conferences.

Responsibilities:
Site Selection:

Identify suitable event venues based on client requirements.

Budget Development, Management, and Reconciliation:

Create, manage, and reconcile event budgets.

Event Logistics:

Coordinate all logistical aspects of conferences, ensuring smooth execution.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning process, timelines, and deliverables.

Speaker Management:

Coordinate with speakers for conference sessions.

Registration Management:

Handle attendee registrations and related logistics.

Conference Branding & Marketing:

Contribute to branding efforts and marketing strategies.

On-Site Event Execution:

Manage on-site activities for successful event delivery.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Work Environment:
