The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event planning and management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Wedding Planner, you will work closely with couples to bring their dream wedding to life, coordinating every aspect from venue selection to vendor management. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day. Research and recommend venues, catering options, and other vendors that align with the couple’s vision. Develop detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all aspects of the wedding are executed smoothly. Coordinate logistics including transportation, accommodations, and event schedules. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and communicated clearly to clients. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process, addressing any concerns or changes promptly. Assist in the setup and breakdown of events on the wedding day, ensuring everything runs according to plan. Upsell additional services or products that enhance the overall experience for clients. Requirements Proven experience in event planning or management, preferably within the wedding industry. Strong skills in budgeting and financial management related to event planning. Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and vendors alike. Background in catering, restaurant management, or hotel services is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of planning.
