Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search ofan Events Coordinator in Sarasota, FL. This is a temporary to hireopportunity.
Position Overview:
Enhance company visibility and favorable company image, withspecific responsibility for tradeshow/event management across allmarket segments. Maintain strong relationships with event vendors,labor organizations, medical societies and related media partners.
Work with management team, marketing team and sales team to developand implement the tradeshow/events plan on strategy, budget andtime. Develop strong relationships and foster collaboration withthe sales, marketing and other functional partners. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: ¿ Provide quality service to internal and external customers in allassigned tasks ¿ Coordinate tradeshow and event platforms, related graphics andpromotional activities ¿ Assure that event presence supports the overall marketingstrategy and goals ¿ Enhance tradeshow properties, updating with new technologies andinnovation ¿ Identify opportunities, sponsorships and promotions for marketingand sales ¿ Interface with all Sales and Account Managers to optimize eventand associated campaigns effectiveness. ¿ Manage tradeshow related and customer events; assist with otherevents and requested.
