Assists with the development and implementation of operational plans for assigned event projects. Includes general planning, organization, permit procurement, general research as well as booking/managing vendors, suppliers, and activities. Compiles and organizes documentation, records, timelines, and resources for assigned projects. Develops written communication materials for distribution to event participants (performers, vendors, sponsors, etc.). Coordinates with selected vendors to determine and compile on-site requirements, answer questions, and communicate advance information. Maintains an accurate database of general resources for company team members to use. Provides on-site support at event and festival projects. Troubleshoots operational challenges to achieve successful outcomes. Compiles post-event evaluations. Attend regular staff meetings and event organizational meetings as required. Maintains company and client confidentiality.
