Event Staff O-Bar Atl Smyrna, GA 30080 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team in creating memorable experiences for our guests. As an integral part of our events, you will work in various capacities to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong interpersonal skills. Duties Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly arranged. Provide excellent guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Support Oxygen Bar operations, including maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Manage conflicts effectively by remaining calm under pressure and providing solutions to guests’ issues. Engage with children during family-friendly events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Collaborate with team members to execute event logistics smoothly, including coordination with vendors and other staff. Participate in public speaking opportunities as needed to announce activities or provide information during events. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or events management is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally. A background in public speaking can enhance guest engagement during events.
