Job Description:

As an Event Staff – Sales representative for our popup events, you will be on the front lines, directly engaging with attendees, promoting products or services, and driving sales in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly, as each popup event offers its own exciting set of challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with the public, provide product/service information, and create positive interactions. Drive sales by effectively presenting offerings, handling transactions, and meeting sales targets. Assist with event setup, teardown, and ensuring smooth operations at various popup event locations. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collect feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain the brand’s image and deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Work closely with the event team to ensure the popup event runs efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

No previous experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on sales and customer engagement. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and adapt to different event settings. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Energetic, approachable, and motivated to meet sales goals.
