Campus Coordinator Change Church Inc 1170 North Hairston Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 The Campus Coordinator of Events & Administration plays a vital role in ensuring seamless execution of all campus-related events, facility management, and administrative support. This position collaborates closely with the Campus Pastor, Events Director, Facilities/Operations teams, and volunteers to maintain an excellent and organized environment that aligns with the Lead Pastor’s vision. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for event execution, and a heart for serving others. This role will support our DeKalb Campus.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
General Expectations:

Serve in excellence by being early and prepared for all scheduled meetings. Establish and foster an exemplary relationship with staff, volunteers, church members, and the community at large. Demonstrate a servant’s heart with a willingness to perform additional duties as needs arise.

Event Coordination:

Serve as the primary liaison to event volunteers and assist the Events Director with event execution. Coordinate logistics for all campus-related events , ensuring smooth setup, operation, and breakdown. Create and manage event request forms , approvals, and documentation for campus events. Ensure all service and event volunteers are scheduled through the church management platform and escalate any issues to the Campus Pastor as needed. Prepare materials for worship services, meetings, and events, including printing scripts, cue cards, and event programs. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events are executed with excellence and align with the church’s standards.

Facility & Vendor Management:

Support the Campus Pastor in implementing the Lead Pastor’s vision for facility usage, improvements, and setups . Work closely with Facilities/Operations to maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure all campus needs are met. Oversee and coordinate facility rentals, campus room reservations, event setups, and operations support . Manage the campus facility calendar , ensuring all room reservations and events are properly scheduled. Serve as a liaison for campus vendors , ensuring services and contractual agreements align with campus needs.

Administrative & Reporting:

Submit purchase requests for campus events and provide status updates on operational needs. Maintain accurate and updated reports regarding event logistics, campus operations, and facility management . Ensure effective communication with ministry leaders, staff, and volunteers regarding event planning and execution. Monitor and manage inventory and event-related supplies , ensuring all materials are available when needed.

Pay Transparency Notice:

At Change Church we value transparency in compensation. The target salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and work location.
