We specialize in creating hands-on promotional brand marketing campaigns for non-profit organizations looking to expand their donor base and increase brand recognition. Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities:

Capitalize on all opportunities to engage with potential donors Effortlessly captivate an audience with your personality to drive customer engagement and increase revenue generation Set-up eye catching pop-up style event displays to increase engagement opportunities with potential donors Meet with fellow Entry Level Event Assistants to ensure all logistics are confirmed prior to event Meet with senior Event Managers for continued training opportunities Accurately track all sales and donations, and report at designated times to senior management Mild inventory management as needed

Entry Level Event Assistant Requirements:

Some college coursework in a related field is preferred but not required Minimum 1 year of experience in a position that requires direct customer contact The ability to work full time hours (some weekends included for events) The ability to meet at our office when required as well as travel daily to events Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time Must have basic math skills Written and verbal communication skills are a plus
