Full Job Description Overview:

The Rollins Corporate Giving and Special Events Team oversees Rollins’ philanthropic initiatives, large meetings and events, and corporate incentive programs. It is responsible for implementing and managing Rollins’ giving strategy and philanthropic efforts, ensuring they align with the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals. Additionally, this team organizes and executes a variety of special events, including company-wide incentive programs and corporate meetings. The Philanthropy Coordinator will work closely with the Corporate Giving & Special Events manager and Events Coordinator to support Rollins’ philanthropic initiatives by coordinating volunteer events, managing relationships with nonprofit partners, and assisting in the implementation of the company’s giving programs. The Philanthropy Coordinator will also assist the Event Coordinator as needed with meetings & events. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:

You Will . . . Philanthropy (80%):

Coordinate Volunteer Events:

Plan, organize, and execute volunteer opportunities for teammates

Coordinate Fundraising Events:

Plan, organize, and execute fundraising opportunities for teammates

Support Philanthropic Programs:

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Rollins’ giving initiatives Engage with

Stakeholders:

Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations and community partners

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support for philanthropic activities, including scheduling, communications, and record-keeping

Track and Report:

Qualifications:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in philanthropy, volunteer coordination, or a related role Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field Must be able to work independently as well as in a group and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Preferred qualification(s), if applicable o Background in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Experience working with or for a 501(c)(3).

Ability to plan, organize, and execute volunteer and fundraising events and other philanthropic activities

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software

Ability to align philanthropic efforts with Rollins’ mission and goals as well as the ability to develop and implement effective philanthropic strategies

Grant Writing:

Ability to prepare and submit grant proposals to secure funding for various projects and initiatives (preferred)
