Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees
• Ensure the safety of event attendees by monitoring entrances/exits and enforcing event policies
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe and orderly environment
• Collaborate with event organizers and staff to ensure the smooth execution of events
• Directional assistant to guests.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations or customer complaints effectively
• Lifeguard certification is a plus, especially for events involving water activities
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for event attendees
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
