About the Role We are seeking a Field Events & Brand Activation Coordinator to drive our “Events in a Box” program, empowering our sales team with high-impact, marketing-sponsored field events and brand activations. This role serves as the critical link between sales and marketing, ensuring seamless execution of field events, budget alignment, brand consistency, and measurable results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with experience in event marketing, budget management, and sales enablement. They will work closely with the sales team to plan and execute local and regional events, track performance, optimize event strategies, and ensure that marketing-provided assets align with sales needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Partnership & Event Execution Work closely with sales leadership and teams to identify event opportunities and execute field-driven activations within company policy. Partner with marketing to ensure brand activation compliance. Provide strategic guidance on event selection, budgeting, and ROI measurement to maximize impact. Ensure the sales team has access to “Events in a Box” assets and support their proper usage. Oversee the logistics, payments, and approvals for event-related expenses within the allocated budget. Budget & Financial Oversight Manage the sales event budget, ensuring proper allocation and spend tracking. Partner with finance and procurement teams to process payments, negotiate vendor agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide regular budget reports and recommendations on cost-effective event strategies. Brand & Marketing Alignment Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to ensure event branding, messaging, and materials align with corporate standards. Request and coordinate new assets from the marketing team based on sales feedback and event needs. Ensure all field events adhere to brand guidelines, legal compliance, and company policies. Event Tracking & Optimization Manage the central intake form for requests. Implement processes to track event performance, leads, and sales impact. Gather feedback from the sales team on event effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Identify trends and best practices for scalable, repeatable event success.

What You Bring:

3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, or a related role. Strong budget management experience, including working with sales budgets and processing payments. Exceptional project management and organizational skills—able to manage multiple events and priorities. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and procurement. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize event success. Strong knowledge of brand compliance, corporate policies, and event logistics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
