We are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to become Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Representatives, exclusively for Dope Coffee. As a Dope Coffee DSD Representative, you will have the unique chance to sell and earn commissions and bonuses by targeting independent grocery stores and convenience stores in your area. This role is ideal for those with a drive for high earnings and the ambition to establish their own Direct Store Delivery (DSD) franchise, offering significant flexibility. You can earn a competitive 20% commission plus bonuses for each successful purchase order you complete.

Responsibilities:

As a DSD Representative for Dope Coffee, you will be essential in expanding our retail network and boosting sales volume in existing accounts.

Your key responsibilities include:

Increasing the distribution of Dope Coffee products by securing new, strategic retail accounts both on and off-premise. Managing relationships with existing retail partners to enhance sales volume, monitor pricing, and ensure proper product merchandising. Regularly visiting retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing materials. Enhancing account velocity through activities like building displays, product sampling, and educating retail staff. Monitoring market and competitor trends, and providing strategic insights to better fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications:

To be a successful candidate, you should have: Experience in field sales, particularly in convenience/grocery store sales, beverage sales, or the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. A solid network of relationships with independent retail stores. An entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude. Exceptional sales and marketing skills, with strong selling and negotiation abilities. Effective time management skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
