Marketing Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship Management:
Coordinate product orders and oversee the logistics of new product launch seeding and holiday influencer gifts to maximize brand visibility. Create asset request and creative briefs for influencers and partners launches promotions and evergreen requests. Conduct market research and build marketing plans in order to grow brand awareness in influencer and event marketing across local markets. Create meaningful and effective relationships with affiliates, esports teams, pro players and event companies.
Affiliate Management:
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners in the gaming community, coupon partners and traditional affiliate programs to expand our reach and drive sales. Create and manage a promotional calendar to outline key campaigns, events and affiliate initiatives throughout the year. Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns tailored to different affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with overall partnership strategy. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze metrics, and provide weekly and monthly reports. Support updating partnership, influencers and affiliates database boards, tracking engagement and performance metrics to optimize partnerships. Support the creation of monthly and weekly reports to monitor sponsorship initiatives, analyze outcomes, and provide insights for future strategies.
Event Management:
Manage all aspects of SCUF events, including creating comprehensive event briefs that outline goals, strategies, and logistics. Provide recommendations for travel arrangements for team members attending events. Oversee event sales initiatives, including marketing inventory, onsite booth layout, and promotional activities. Coordinate shipping and logistics for event materials and equipment. Manage the setup and teardown of events, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Ensure that events are well-staffed, with clear roles and responsibilities assigned to team members. Build and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery. Reporting Create post-event recap reports detailing attendance, engagement metrics, and financial performance for finance. Support weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for partnerships and influencers.
Inventory and Product Management:
Manage event loaner products, ensuring proper tracking and maintenance. Manage marketing and SCUF webstore event inventory providing post event inventory counts and monthly on-hand counts. Build and manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Marketing, or a related field. Passion for influencer marketing and event logistics is a must. Proven experience in sponsorship or affiliate management, event planning, and influencer recruitment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Self-motivated, confident and be able to work independently and with a team. Able to work overtime, weekends and travel to esports/industry events. Highly creative and process driven.
