We’re looking for a relationship-driven, execution-savvy team member who’s excited to bring ideas to life. As our Partnerships & Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping us build meaningful brand connections, support media outreach, and create engaging online and in-person experiences. This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing, partnerships, or events who’s passionate about wellness, women’s health, or fertilityâand thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Partnerships & Outreach Research and connect with potential brand partners, influencers, and vendorsHelp build and manage relationships that align with our missionSupport sponsorship tracking, communications, and follow-ups Media & PR Support Assist with identifying and pitching media opportunitiesKeep media lists and outreach timelines organizedCoordinate with PR partners and support execution Events & Experiences Help plan and execute both virtual and in-person eventsManage logistics, vendor communication, and event detailsSupport smooth event execution and follow-through Project Coordination Use tools like ClickUp and Slack to manage tasks and timelinesCollaborate closely with marketing and leadership teamsStay organized, meet deadlines, and adapt when needed
Who You Are:
