Event Staff The Castle at Wildwood Gardens 1510 Buncombe Waco Rd, Waco, GA 30182 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various wedding events. As part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an enjoyable experience for all attendees. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to identify and prioritize basic tasks associated with wedding events Duties Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees and addressing their inquiries. Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are organized and presentable. Assist with basic decoration set up and breakdown. Engage with guests through public speaking when necessary, providing information about the event schedule and activities. Basic janitorial necessities, such as changing trash bags, sweeping, mopping, etc. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere for all participants. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience in events management or related fields is preferred but not required. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups, including children and families. Proficiency in conflict management to address any challenges that may arise during events. Previous experience in food service is a plus. Spanish as a second language is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, primarily evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
