Event Coordinator Confidential Locust Grove, GA 30248 Located in Central Georgia, we are a fast-paced, customer-focused Sporting Clays facility dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. Position Overview:

The Member Services & Events Coordinator is a hybrid role focused on delivering exceptional front desk service, managing member accounts, supporting the planning and execution of corporate and group events, and assisting with marketing and administrative responsibilities. This position also plays a key role in compliance and facility operations, including shipping and receiving, as well as maintaining our FFL bound book.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Guest Services Greet and check in guests, members, and corporate groups Answer phones and respond to email inquiries Handle payments, waivers, and point-of-sale transactions Maintain a clean and organized front counter and entry area Manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries Keep FFL bound book accurate and up to date Member Relations Assist new members with sign-up and orientation Manage member renewals and account updates Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure member satisfaction Track usage and respond to member feedback Corporate & Group Event Support Serve as the primary liaison for corporate and group events Coordinate event logistics including scheduling, catering, and setup Support event setup, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-ups Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients Administrative & Marketing Support Use QuickBooks to create and manage invoices, payments, and reports Assist with basic marketing content such as flyers, signage, and digital posts Create visual content using Canva or Adobe Suite (experience preferred) Create and maintain the club’s visual branding, online presence, and monthly newsletters Familiarity with ScoreChaser.com backend is an asset, though not required Showroom Upkeep Help keep the showroom stocked with products , visually organized , and clean to support retail operations and maintain a professional environment

Requirements:

Must be eligible to handle firearms and ammunition under federal law (for FFL compliance) Must be able to accurately manage and maintain an electronic or physical FFL bound book (No experience required) Comfortable handling shipping and receiving duties (including UPS, FedEx, USPS) Ability to work weekends and extended hours for events Ability to lift and carry packages and supplies as needed (up to 50 lbs)

Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite and Mailchimp is a strong asset Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination Familiarity with clay target sports and ScoreChaser.com is a plus Experience in firearms and/or shotgun sports is an asset A university degree in business and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment

Schedule:

Wednesday to Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm, with occasional extended hours for events.

$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
