We are Optimum! Job Summary The OMS Event Manager is responsiblefor leading a team to plan and execute strategic events thatenhance market penetration, drive sales, and elevate Optimum’sbrand presence across targeted markets. Responsibilities 1.

Strategic Event Planning:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensiveevent calendar aligned with market opportunities and networkexpansion timelines.
  • Create and implement “Win Local” campaignsto ensure consistent execution across various sales channels.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, includingcommunity leaders, government officials, and event vendors.

TeamLeadership:
  • Lead and manage a team of Event Leads, providingguidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee pre-eventplanning, resource allocation, and on-site execution to ensuresuccessful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teamsto ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop coachingplans to improve execution standards and seller performance.

Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze event performancemetrics, including lead generation, sales conversions, and returnon investment.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management,highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize event effectivenessand achieve business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Retail Sales, B2B, Field Services, andConstruction teams to maximize event ROI and funnel management.
  • Communicate project milestones, results, and insights tostakeholders and leadership.

Market Intelligence:
  • Stayinformed about industry trends, competitor activities, and marketdynamics to inform event strategies.
  • Identify new eventopportunities and innovative approaches to engage target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience inevent management, sales operations, or a related area.
  • Strongleadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication,organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Background in sales, telecommunications, or community engagementpreferred.
