Front-of-House Event Staff Drakes Catering – 4.8 Baton Rouge, LA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $16 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Hospitality Customer service High school diploma or GED Driver’s License Organizational skills Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description •This open position is NOT a culinary position.•Drakes Catering provides food and beverage services to all Premium Seating (Suites & Clubs) of LSU’s Tiger Stadium, Alex Box Stadium, and the Pete Maravich Center, as well as many external events including weddings, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, and office lunches.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepping catering supplies for events Delivering supplies and food to event space within LSU premium seating or to an off-site venue Arrange food/drink displays to company standards Set tables up to dining standards Manage stock of food/beverage during the event Maintain cleanliness of food and dining areas during the event Distribute/serve food Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures Assist in breaking down events Perform other duties as assigned to prepare for future events

Requirements:

Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry High School diploma Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills Maintain a professional appearance Ability to walk or stand for an extended period of time Ability to lift 25+ pounds Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry, preferred
