Ideal candidates are dependable, customer service-centric, and detail oriented. Demonstrating a strong level of communication and interpersonal skills, the event coordinator will be executing events to ensure an unforgettable experience and 100% guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Development:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, needs, and expectations. Develop detailed event proposals, timelines, and schedules. Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure event operations Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and service excellence. Answer questions and provide information about event, facilities, and amenities to guests

Logistics and Organization:

Oversee event setup, breakdown, and operations. Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations. Plan for and manage contingencies, addressing issues as they arise. Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization and compliance with venue policies

Marketing and Promotion:

Assist in promoting events through marketing channels. Design and distribute invitations, flyers, or promotional materials.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns. Provide regular updates on event progress and performance.

On-Site Event Management:

Supervise event staff and volunteers during the event. Coordinate real-time logistics, ensuring everything runs on schedule. Address any problems or last-minute changes efficiently.

Post-Event Review:

Collect feedback from clients, attendees, and team members. Analyze event outcomes against goals and provide recommendations for improvement. Prepare post-event reports summarizing successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or related fields. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative problem-solving and attention to detail. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Education and Experience:

Experience in managing a range of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, and parties.

Physical Demands:

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift heavy items (chairs, coolers, tables, etc.) (50+lbs) Ability to work long hours

Environment/Noise:

This position primarily involves working in a unique location with both indoor and outdoor capabilities.
