Rain or Shine Event:

Employee Appreciation Company Event

• Setup Day Tuesday June 24
• 9am-1pm
• might stay longer We will be setting up tables and chairs unloading trucks bouncy houses for kids, tents etc Heavy lifting required
• $24/hr

General Guidelines:

All workers must be well groomed and have no facial tattoos and/or piercings All workers must have a valid picture ID on them. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Anything over 50lbs, must use the buddy system. Event will happen rain or shine under most conditions. Please dress appropriately for weather. In addition, we recommend workers bring work gloves, sun block and bug repellant with them. Uniform is clean shorts (no cutoffs) or long pants/jeans & closed-toed shoes. We will provide each worker with a event T-Shirt to be worn while on the event site. We will have an onsite timesheet. Workers are expected to remain at the event site until all duties are completed as deemed by the onsite Event Manager and released with signed time sheets. For safety reasons, workers may not bring anyone not contracted to staff the event to the site.

VERY IMPORTANT

• Temp agrees that they will be punctual, committed, and responsible.
