We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Planning and Digital Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning Support:
Assist in the coordination and execution of events, including scheduling, vendor communication, and logistics. Maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure projects stay on track. Research venues, vendors, and suppliers, and provide recommendations based on project needs. Help create proposals, contracts, and event materials. Attend and provide on-site event support as needed.
Digital Support:
Manage and update the company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Assist with digital marketing strategies, including content creation, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics. Organize and maintain digital files, calendars, and databases. Provide administrative support, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital tools like Canva, social media schedulers, and event management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in event planning, marketing, or administrative support is a plus.
