Event Manager Table 3 Restaurant Group Sturbridge, MA 01518 Table 3 Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our team. We have added more event space and are looking to add an additional Event Manager to manage our weddings, showers, private events and so much more. Event Manger – Job Description Ensures proper setting of dining tables, buffet tables and other food service tables. Arranges for and ensures proper sequence of service for each event. Communicates all changes, menu concerns, buffet setups, bar/wine service and special requests to the culinary and beverage teams. Monitors banquet team members to ensure all operating procedures are followed Supervises clearing and post function cleanup. Maintains clean and orderly back areas, pre-function areas and storage areas. Assures that all china, glassware, silverware, linen etc. are returned to their proper locations after each event. Ensures staff training programs are implemented and measured regularly. Bill and collect payment for food, beverage and miscellaneous charges for all banquet events. Ensure 100% cash reconciliation for all events. Follow Table 3 Opening and Closing Procedures. This includes being responsible for cash drops at the end of each shift. During an event, ensure the FOH staff is on the floor at all times and in proper uniform. Perform additional duties as requested by management. •Must have experience managing weddings•

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
