Event Manager Position Available In Worcester, Massachusetts

Event Manager Cold Harbor Brewing Company 66 Otis Street, Westborough, MA 01581 Cold Harbor Brewing Company is a family-owned, community focused brewery in Westborough MA. Our restaurant and outdoor patio seats approximately 250 guests, which includes a 100 seat private event space for functions and parties. We are seeking an experienced Event Manager who will plan, organize and oversee various events, from initial concept to post-event analysis, ensuring they are successful and memorable. They will handle all aspects of event logistics, catering, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and staffing. The Event Manager will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure events align with client objectives and company standards. This position receives a monthly commission from event sales and is additionally eligible for the quarterly bonus pool.

OVERVIEW

The Event Manager will be involved in all facets of event planning. Must be able to communicate effectively in an effort to deliver an outstanding experience to guests and in creating a high-focused, team-oriented work environment.

Position Requirements:

Experience as an event manager in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Passion and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee diverse aspects of event planning and execution. Train and supervise event staff to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Maintain effective communication with team members and management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas.

$50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
