The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Non-Profit organization. This individual will ensure the smooth functioning of programs and logistics, helping maximize impact in the community. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
    Program Coordination:
    • Oversee the stocking, organization, and maintenance of school food pantries.
    • Coordinate logistics for food and supply deliveries, including scheduling and tracking.
    • Collaborate with schools, donors, and volunteers to ensure pantry needs are met.
    Volunteer Management:
    • Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers for various programs and events.
    • Serve as a point of contact for volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
    Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of donations, inventory, and program metrics.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders.
    Event Coordination:
    • Support planning and execution of community events, fundraisers, and donation drives.
    • Help manage communications and logistics for events and partnerships.

    Qualifications:
    • Passion for nonprofit work and commitment to organization’s mission.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Previous experience in program coordination, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
    • Comfortable with local travel to schools, pantries, and event locations (must have a valid driver’s license).
