Customer Service Approach:
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming smile as guests enter the venue.
Screening Guests:
Monitorwalk-through screening systems at designated entrances to screen guests ensuring safety and security.
Guidance and Assistance:
Provide directional assistance and guidance to guests as needed outside and inside the venue.
Crowd Control:
Monitor front-of-house ingress and remain aware of your surroundings.
Seating Area Observation:
Redeploy inside seating area to serve as additional support for guest needs. What you’ll bring: Adherence to

Maintain a calm and professional demeanor to contribute to a positive guest experience, even in challenging situations. Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions. Possesseffective vision and communication skills through speech and listening. Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout a shift. Ability to work in a variety of environments including heights, darkened corridors, loud noise, flashing lights, and haze effects.
Additional Requirements:
Available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school Diploma or GED. Reliable transportation to Durham, NC. Access to a mobile device such as tablet, personal computer, smartphone for scheduling. Must be at least 18 years old. Legally able to work in the United States.
