Tasting Room/Event Staff James Creek Cider House Cameron, NC 28326 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Tasting Room & Event Staff to join our team for various events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, farmers markets and social functions. As an integral part of our hospitality team, you will ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets our high standards of service. This role will also include some shifts in our tasting room. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations. Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the event. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas during events. Support catering staff with food preparation and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any shortages to management. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests to enhance their experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events. Qualifications Previous experience in catering, bartending, or food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Experience in banquet settings or large-scale events is advantageous. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
