Assistant General Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and Member Services Manager Position Summary:

The Member Services Coordinator position is a high-profile service and hospitality position. It is extremely important to possess a positive attitude, a cheery disposition, and a willingness to help others. These characteristics combined with a proactive approach to each task are the key elements to creating success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Staff Management, Interclub Marketing & Brand Support, Website & App Support, Membership Support Services, Club Concierge Services and Rental Program Support. Collaboration between Member Services, Valet & Employee Shuttle personnel Support administrative functions for the Member Services department Manage the creation of all club marketing for all departments in keeping with the Club brand Provide club communication through email blasts Update club marketing, which includes, website, app, flyer boards & social media Take event & member photos, edit & keep organized Assist in the creation of event Shutterfly books & event recaps Assist in the planning & execution of events Assist managers & General manager with special services & marketing efforts Answer all phone calls & emails promptly Greet membership, guests, vendors & staff while offering support & suggestions Exceed member & guest expectations by providing the “WOW” factor Coordinate reservations and activities upon request Assist in the booking procedure of transportations, babysitting, dog sitting, etc. Execute member requests, which include grocery shopping, dry cleaning, floral delivery, pet services, etc. Help facilitate the new member process Maintain member profiles & databases with current photos and information Assist in taking room & lodging requests, check-in & check-out procedures You must be comfortable with communicating with members, guests and staff through phone calls, emails, etc. Provide a detailed look at all Club marketing in keeping with the Club brand. You must control the brand club-wide through all departments. You must be organized and schedule-driven

Preferred Requirements & Skills:

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher & Word experience Experience with online programs such as, Adobe, Canva, MailChimp, Shutterfly, etc.
