From vendor selection to event production and execution, we’ve got their back.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event timelines and ensure all details are executed flawlessly
• Travel to wedding venues from Boone to Charlotte, as a general area of coverage. Paid for travel.
• Assist Lead Wedding Planner with day-of tasks to ensure a smooth event including, but not limited to, setting up decor, managing the wedding day timeline and members of the wedding party, monitoring guest activity while drinking, cleaning, etc.
• Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all attendees
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all elements are in place and meet client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning or related field (hospitality, catering, banquet, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings & weekends (Must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
• Must be willing to work 12-15 hours shifts
