Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Entry-Level Event Assistant to help support the execution of promotional events and community outreach programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement, and brand promotion. Duties Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of marketing events Represent client brands at promotional events with professionalism and enthusiasm Greet and interact with event attendees to provide information and create positive brand experiences Maintain event materials, supplies, and display integrity Support team leads with logistics, customer service, and event coordination Track and report attendee feedback and participation Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging event space Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Outgoing, approachable, and team-oriented personality Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light event materials Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed Join us as we create memorable experiences through exceptional events!
