Event Associate 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars Charlotte, NC 28202 The Events Associate will play a key role in coordinating, planning, and executing events that promote our clients’ brands and products. This individual will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations, from initial concept through to event completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of client events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and brand activations. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each event. Help with venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and on-site event coordination. Provide administrative support, including maintaining timelines, budgets, and event documentation. Assist in the creation of event marketing materials, including invitations, signage, and promotional items. Be present on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Conduct post-event follow-up, including client feedback, evaluations, and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field. Experience in retail/hospitality/volunteering positions or internships Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Ability to travel for events as needed. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
